Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:
- Coordinate PMO processes across the EAP program teams, ensuring adherence to Citi Program and Project Management procedures and procurement frameworks.
- Monitor and manage risks and resource challenges whilst escalating to senior management as required
- Oversee the program utilization of 3rd parties, tracking purchase orders and consultancy approvals across EAP.
- Coordinate collation and production of materials for relevant program governance forums
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the program
- Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake ad hoc central program management requests as they arise.
- Work closely with partners in other Control Functions and Businesses, to ensure consistent, insightful and clear communications to regulators.
- Effectively partner with Technology Leads, Program Managers and Management Office team, providing insightful business analysis and developing senior management reports, to define and track key operational/program metrics and to help drive business decisions to achieve goals
- Demonstrates ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalates them promptly
- Support the development of appropriate and diligent responses and remediation plans when regulatory issues and concerns are identified
- Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders
- Develop and support performance measurement and management ranging from strategic franchise development scorecards to project/function-specific metrics.
- Enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology group
- Proactively follows escalation and change control processes, when necessary
- Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards

Knowledge / Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in working within a PMO, preferably within finance / controls / regulatory related roles.
- Good understanding of program management methodologies, frameworks, financial processes (accruals, month end, consultancy engagements, resource tracking), project management tools and industry best practices
- Experience in applying and embedding PMO methodologies and managing budgets across large scale programs
- Excellent planning and task management skills; capable of seeing the bigger picture as well as strong focus on day-to-day execution
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Very strong skills need in Excel, Power point to create meaningful metrics and presentation
- Experience of working with business stakeholders across multiple businesses, regions and support functions
- Experience in presenting roadmap, status, risks and issues to very senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of project management experience – preferably from a Technology or financial services environment
- Recognized program/project management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP etc.
- Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
- Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.
- Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
- Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
