Technical Sourcer / Researcher - Technical Recruiting (12 month FTC)

This position will support the Experience Talent Acquisition across EMEA with sourcing the best passive talent. Experience covers everything from Software Engineers, Machine Learning Researchers & Engineers, Product (Product Design & Product Management) and other niche technical areas.

What You'll Do

As a Technical Sourcer, you will demonstrate your ability to get creative and find extraordinary talent through unconventional means and help drive diversity hiring. Twitter is a fast paced, growing company and we need your help to build a world class team! You will communicate effectively with your sourced candidates, build relationships, encourage them to interview at Twitter, and then liaise with Hiring Managers and the Recruiting Team alike to maximize their experience.

Who You Are:

  • You are an experienced technical sourcer with a career focus and passion for advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent.
  • You are highly collaborative and articulate. You lead on sourcing strategy and partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Manager. 
  • You source passive talent through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
  • You have a commitment to driving diversity hiring. 
  • You generate interest through Direct Sourcing via video call, telephone and/or email.
  • You maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company's ATS.
  • You conduct phone screens and face-to-face interviews.
  • You screen applicants for availability, interest level, relocation needs, etc.
  • You attend and organize both internal and external recruiting events.
  • Skills:
  • 3+ years of relevant technical sourcing experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience meeting or exceeding defined metrics
  • 3+ years of client interaction experience, including working with Engineering Managers and Directors, taking new requirements, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress.
  • Ideally an expertise in sourcing for Software Engineers and / or Machine Learning Experts. 
  • Either experience or a commitment to helping drive diversity hiring.
