Recruitment Consultant – Banking and Finance

e-Frontiers Business is part of the e-Frontiers recruitment Group (www.e-frontiers.ie) and services the recruitment needs of our clients across a range of skillsets such as Finance & Administration, Sales & Marketing and HR. 

As a young and dynamic company, e-Frontiers Business continues to expand and hence is currently looking to hire a recruitment consultant for our Banking and Finance desk. Candidates should be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team and ideally have 1-2 years of recruitment experience or Banking and Finance experience.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible initially for recruiting for a number of current clients as well as managing client relationships while working alongside an experience financial professional to grow this desk. With e-Frontiers you will have  the opportunity to work alonside people with real-life experience in the roles you will be recruiting for.  We'll offer you the flexibility to shape the role and area whichever way you like.

Duties of the role include

  • Managing current and future client requirements
  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates
  • To be involved in continuous recruitment process improvements
  • Attend networking events
  • Representing e-Frontiers Business in a positive and professional manner

Candidate profile

  • Have1-2 years recruitment experience or Banking and Finance experience
  • Sales attitude to help you achive your targets
  • Be a strong team player who can work in a team environment.
