Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an established HR Group team, who provide services to our teams in Ireland, the US and the UK. This role will manage the end to end recruitment and selection process for Netwatch Group, will provide a range of support services to the HR team, partnering with local and Group HR projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be hiring high calibre candidates across all our markets; Ireland, USA, Northern Ireland and UK.   As Netwatch is a high performing, ever changing and fast paced environment, we require someone who uses their initiative and has a hunter mentality for sourcing high calibre candidates in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have a high level of personal credibility, the ability to build excellent relationships at every level and deliver on recruitment needs linked to the strategic goals of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused individual to work in a varied, fast-paced role.

 

Responsibilities include:         

 

  • Manage multiple open vacancies across different teams in various locations at one time
  • Plan, develop and drive multiple sourcing strategies in consultation with hiring managers
  • Research where and how to engage with potential talent in various geographical locations
  • Support hiring managers in the design of job descriptions
  • Advertise vacancies through relevant sources
  • Qualify and pre-screen candidates
  • Manage the coordination of the entire recruitment and selection process
  • Attend interviews and provide guidance to managers on interviewing best practices
  • Manage the candidate applicant system and provide reports as requested
  • Manage projects as assigned to enhance employer branding and the recruitment experience
  • Provide a professional, can-do and positive experience for hiring managers
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support and facilitate HR projects within the Group HR Roadmap
  • Provide robust reporting, data analysis and management of data integrity
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations

Qualifications

  • 3rd level qualification in HR advantageous or related business field.

 

Person Specification

  • Recruiting experience with strong skills in research and sourcing techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of best practice HRM beneficial
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influencing, negotiation skills, and project management skills
  • International recruitment experience, particularly within the US market advantageous
  • Good working knowledge of digital platforms to source and attract candidates
  • Desire and passion to hire high calibre talented employees who demonstrate personal capital and credibility
  • Ability to drive multiple open vacancies across different locations with a sense of urgency and flexibility
     
  • Ability to proactively and positively manage hiring manager expectations, while demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs
  • Demonstrates an excellent experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including high quality report generation and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office essential
  • Extremely organised, with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Results oriented, self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong awareness of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility regarding working hours, within reason, to support US recruitment due to different time zones
