Talent Acquisition Manager
Responsibilities
- We wish to appoint a dedicated Talent Acquisition Manager to partner with the business to deliver on our hiring requirements - primarily for security positions
- Full life cycle recruitment, proactively sourcing and identifying potential candidates, screening and moving to offer acceptance
- Delivering a world class Candidate experience
- work closely with hiring managers to build long lasting relationships by understanding their requirements and formulating hiring strategies to deliver on recruitment targets.
- You will drive technology and process improvement efforts while maintaining a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring mangers on process, interview best practices and decision making.
- Drive Employer Brand initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract talent.
- Achieve recruitment goals and targets to meet current and future hiring plans.
- Live the team values, preserve the culture as we grow
- Engineering or Technology recruitment experience, preferably within a scaling start up or 2+ years agency experience specifically focussed on Tech/Engineering vertical
- Have outstanding sourcing and talent research skills, experience sourcing technical and sales roles is an advantage
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring managers
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- High energy, collaborative and detail orientated.
- Proficient with the latest sourcing tools & preferably worked with an ATS system in the past.
