180000 users in 118 countries and you will lead development of the organization's overall IT strategy to support the business strategy. Oversee implementation of the IT strategy-and all IT governance and innovation efforts -and advise IT unit leaders on strategy and innovation opportunities.
Your key responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and maintain the Novartis IT Strategy and NBS IT Strategic 5 Year Plan.
• Influence business strategic themes with IT insights
• Proactively scan and analyze the impact of new trends
• Develop IT Function strategy deep-dives in partnership with the IT Function leadership
• Develop recommendations on IT performance improvement from benchmarking
• Develop and operate an effective decision making (governance) environment in NBS IT.
• Drive development of and maximize return on IT’s portfolio of information and technology innovation initiatives – disruptive and incremental opportunities.
• Successfully deliver select innovation and/or strategic change projects Security Strategy Executive Stakeholder Management Strategic Presentation Design
• Relevant experience in driving IT strategy in matrix organization
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence on stakeholders from various functions
• Experience in change management
• Understanding of security aspects
• Very good communication skills
