About the job:

Due to our continued expansion through 2020 & 2021, we are searching for a Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic and growing, team based in Baldonnell.

Then the Senior Network Engineer is your dream role.

This is a level 2 position, focused on:

• the hardest and most pressing technical questions that our Level 1 engineers cannot resolve.
• standalone projects working on your own initiative and as part of a team

Your Mission:

• Design and implement client-focused solutions
• Maintain internal and client systems
• Provide technical support and guidance to network Level 1 engineers
• Liaise with vendors for support escalation

• 5 years hands-on experience
• CCNA or equivalent networking qualification
• Experience supporting and configuring firewalls
• Experience configuring network switches, VLANs, switching / routing
• Experience troubleshooting networks
• This position will involve working at client sites; therefore, excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills are important factors for success

Bonus point if you have:

• Experience with Linux or Windows networking
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages
• Experience with WiFi
