Senior Customer Operations Specialist, Homes & Consumer

We’re looking for someone who can:

  • Provide administrative support to Haven and it’s Intermediaries
  • Respond to queries from Intermediaries by telephone/ email/ letter
  • Deal with all tasks within the agreed service level agreements
  • Help and deliver the targets set out for the team
  • Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with CAS, Records, Funds Issue & IT, working with them to improve processes and procedures
  • Focused and able to work to tight deadlines in a busy and demanding work environment

Does this sound like something that you want to be part of?

  • Previous experience in managing high volume of activity from telephony to administration.
  • Previous experience in working as part of a team by supporting the team in achieving KPI`s.assigned.
  • Previous experience with managing mortgage activity would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships in order to drive customer application to drawdown
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • The successful candidate should be a self-motivated individual who has a proven history of prioritising, planning and working well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
