Senior Consultant | IT Recruitment

This is an end-to-end 360 IT AGENCY RECRUITER role with daily operational responsibilities as well as providing support to business and recruitment strategy.  As an agency Recruiter, you will demonstrate your ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work with an award-winning team.   You will use your experience to position your clients as the employer of choice for candidates in their chosen field. You will be responsible for sourcing talent for immediate needs as well as understanding workforce planning and longer-term requirements.

On successful hire, you will:

  • Proactively network and build relationships to secure key talent and capitalize on first-mover advantage
  • Be responsible for employer branding and innovative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Actively contribute to our best-in-class recruitment strategy
  • Implement sourcing strategies to attract candidates from within the marketplace in a cost-effective manner
  • Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Finance Acquisition, Hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates for interview.
  • Ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained while maintaining a high level of accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System
  • Negotiate rates/salaries, present and sell candidates within their business areas to Hiring Managers, ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology
  • Provide a high level of candidate care and ensure frequent communication
  • Finally, you need to have a positive outlook with a strong sense of self to fit into the culture at Recruiters.
  • 3+ years of Sales or Recruitment experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Technology and IT
  • Best in class online candidate sourcing experience
  • Natural networking skills and experience

  • Experience with employment branding, innovative sourcing strategies, and building a robust pipeline of diverse talent
  • Passion about data and metrics, and experience creating and managing a context of decision-oriented data
  • Experience with social media campaigns
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
