This role will provide support to the in-house Talent Team within Veolia, working across 3 business divisions and multi-client sites.
The role has a flexible hybrid approach to both office-based and work from home
Day to day of the role:
- Support the full life cycle recruitment process internally
- Screening and progressing applicants via ATS system (Workday)
- Support internal candidates recruitment cycles
- Building Talent pipelines externally via LinkedIn
- Supporting hiring managers internally with recruitment needs
- Interview scheduling across 3 business divisions and multi-site
- Conducting phone screens with applicants
- Conducting first-round interviews with screened candidates
- Completing reference checks
- Preparation of Contracts of employment
- Arranging pre-employment medicals and psychometric testing where required
- Being an ambassador for inclusion and diversity
- CIPD qualified or working towards ideally
- 1-2 years’ previous experience within a fast-paced demanding in house recruitment team
- Boolean searching experience is advantages
- Experience with pipelining and building talent pipelines for future opportunities
- Working Knowledge of ATS system Workday
- Proficiency of Google Suite of Apps is beneficial
- Ability to build relationships by phone and in person with internal stakeholders
