An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Human Resources team as a Recruitment Administrator. This role provides highly ambitious and motivated candidates with the opportunity to become a key part of an established team. Main Responsibilities
- schedule and coordinate candidates for interview across the firm as requested by the Recruitment Consultants;
- update and manage data on Applicant Tracking System;
- conduct pre-screening employment checks on all new hires to the firm;
- coordinate the on boarding of new hires, including coordination and scheduling of the weekly induction programme;
- creation and maintenance of soft copy employee files;
- process recruitment related invoices and liaise with Finance department to ensure timely payment;
- assist with the delivery of key Graduate Recruitment campaigns;
- draft and issue new hire contracts of employment;
- coordinate and attend Graduate Recruitment events, presentations and careers fairs;
- maintain and update HR System as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of all HR data;
- support the wider HR team with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
- third level qualification, preferably in HR or other related discipline;
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral;
- demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and as part of a wider team;
- ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic working environment;
- excellent administration skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel and Powerpoint);
- high levels of professionalism and integrity;
- excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise;
- 6-12 months experience as a HR/Recruitment Administrator is preferred; and
- CIPD accreditation desired but not essential.
