HubSpot is hiring a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Recruiting team. This role will support our Global recruiting team. You will enable our recruiters to continue to hire the best candidates and help HubSpot grow.
As you develop in this role, you will be the product expert and go-to person for all recruiting systems and processes. You will develop and iterate on recruiter best practices and become an indispensable part of HubSpot recruiting.
In this role you’ll get to:
- Develop and iterate on recruiting processes and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for recruiting processes to support self-service and consistency globally.
- Work with recruiting managers and leadership to maintain recruiter activity metrics and help troubleshoot recruiting reporting questions.
- Own key enablement processes within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that make sure data integrity and smooth interview and hiring processes.
- Manage compliance processes in our recruiting systems and work closely with our legal and compliance teams to make sure we meet requirements.
- Take part in special projects that impact recruiter, hiring team or candidate experience. An example of this might be working cross-functionally to enable recruiters to hire in new markets and entities as we grow.
