We now have a requirement for a new principal recruiter within our IT Recruitment team for Infrastructure / Devops / Security roles, an agency recruiter with 5+ years experience to come in and join the team in IT Permanent that are very busy with a big book of clients. You will be expected as a principal to help out growing this area however so we are looking for a good 360 recruiter who enjoys client relationship development, business development and prospecting as well as in talent acquisition. 

We have a great client list and offer many other support structures for you to excel and be the best - from a great database that we use to its best, bullhorn to a Sales and Marketing function that brings on new clients each week. • Not to be phone shy. Your work online will ultimately get your technical community onto Video Calls with you so you can build relationships with your candidates.
• You will understand the importance of Data in the recruitment industry and work well with CRM and processes
• Workaround the entire 360 recruitment lifecycle from Account Management, Talent Acquisition to negotiation and closing of offers
• Work with the MD, the client services director, head of marketing to create and implement your business plan
• Work in a consultative approach with clients that have made us an award-winning business
