Ergo are seeking a Network Security Engineer for an exciting position in Dublin. The successful Network Security Engineer will have extensive experience (and ideally certification) in Checkpoint and Fortigate.
You will assist with the design, installation and support of network security services to Ergo and our clients.

What will you do?
- Design Security Solutions to meet Customer Requirements
- Configure, Install, Test, Commission and Document new Security installations
- Install, Commission and Document Network Solutions for customers
- Install Commission and Document Voice Solutions
- Provide Post-Sales Support to Customers
- Provide Pre-Sales Support to Sales Team
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to the Team
- Assist with Installation and Maintenance of Ergo Network Operations Centre and Customer Managed Network Services
- Previous experience installing, maintaining, and supporting Checkpoint Firewall Gateways
- Previous experience installing, maintaining, and supporting Fortinet Firewall Gateways
- Other Firewall technologies - Cisco ASA/FirePower, Sophos and SonicWall
- Authentication, Authorization RADIUS integration
- Network Management and Monitoring, SNMP
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication verbal and written
- Multitasking - be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Certifications in Networking/Security technologies, such as Checkpoint CCSM/CCSE are essential
- Certifications in Networking/Security technologies CISSP, Cisco, Sophos are desirable but not essential
