We are searching for a confident, creative professional to join our team in an independent and challenging role. As a Contract Analyst within our Industry Relations team, you would oversee contract negotiations with our pharmaceutical partners as you build strong industry relationships. 

The Contract Analyst evaluates and negotiates contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls. Responsibilities also include establishing and implementing strategies to support a variety of business lines.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and managing contracts with pharmaceutical companies and distributors in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls
• Reviewing the contracts and revising as necessary
• Anticipating and resolving contract language issues
• Establishing and maintaining strong business relationships with pharmaceutical companies and working collaboratively with internal business partners
• Participating in additional projects and initiatives as needed

• Commercial contracting experience
• Stakeholder management experience with both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience working across multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, often to challenging timescales
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare contracting experience is strongly preferred
• Experience and deep knowledge of the US Healthcare System
• Healthcare, retail pharmacy or Pharmacy Benefit Management knowledge
• Experience in project management
