Junior IT Recruiter

The Department

Ryanair Labs Dublin is dedicated to hiring the best IT talent that Europe has to offer. When we started Ryanair Labs +6 years ago, we weren’t expecting we would grow to a team of +500 based across 4 locations that would change the way people in Europe travel. The Team
 

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be joining a team of 5 recruiters based across 3 sites recruiting for Dublin, Madrid, Wroclaw, and our newly opened location Portugal. This is a permanent position based in our Head Office here in Swords.

The Role

The role of In-House Recruiter at Ryanair is anything but boring and will give you exposure to many areas of the business. We work in a fast paced, ever changing industry and we are looking to recruit an ambitious candidate who is looking to make a different and become a real recruitment business partner. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager in Dublin, this is a permanent position based in our Dublin office.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver a high quality recruitment service
  • Networking and pipelining future talent
  • Branding, social media
  • Selling the Ryanair success story to prospective candidates
  • Taking part in interviews with hiring candidates
  • Project based work
  • Reporting of recruitment activity
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years IT recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, innovative environment
  • Thinks outside the box
  • Is bored of working in a conventional working environment
  • Team player
  • Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
