The role presents an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced IT Service Desk Administrator to further their career supporting a leading commercial public organisation.

IT Service Desk Administrator  - FTC

Reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager and working with an experienced IT support team of circa 8 -10 professional you will be responsible for providing level 1 and 2 support to ICT and business users ensuring SLAs are maintained and exceeded. You will have experience in Desktop support, ITIL, Active Directory and have strong interpersonal and communication Skills.  

  • Min 3 years’ relevant experience in an IT desktop support or similar role.
  • Experience supporting / administering Active Directory, Windows 7 / 10 and Office 2016.
  • Background in ITIL framework and ideally financial services
  • Desirable experience includes SCCM desktop deployment, VDI, Mobile technology , Internet /Email Filtering, Teams & Zoom administration
  • A relevant degree , ITIL and MCSA certification would be beneficial
