Job Description

This HR opportunity is for an ambitious & driven individual with a desire to work across a variety of HR streams and provide HR administrative support within a fast paced results orientated organisation.

Role Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  • Contribute to Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring compliance with HR Process at all times.
  • Assist with HR projects and provide support where required
  • Provide administrative support in respect of all HR programmes, process improvements & HR Systems across all HR streams, including; Compensation and Benefits, Policy Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Recruitment.
  • Supporting employees on any human resource issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner
  • Assists with recruitment campaigns when required

Main Responsibilities 

HR Administration;

  • First point of contact for incoming HR queries, providing advice to employees on HR policies
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and returned appropriately
  • Maintain and update HR System as appropriate, ensuring the integrity of all HR data
  • Dealing with HR Employee and Manager queries via internal HR Ticketing System
  • Provide effective general HR administration including generation of reports, filing and issuing of employee letters
  • Provide administration support for all training activity e.g. training programme logistics, training event notification and attendance
  • Support the wider HR team with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Strong knowledge of computer software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, growing organisation and to build strong trust-based relationships with onsite client groups and colleagues
  • Ability to deliver high levels of performance and service excellence while managing high volume workload
