HR Governance Analyst, Human Resources

The Fitness & Probity (F&P) Team in Group Performance & Accountability oversee F&P matters for AIB Group. The Central Bank of Ireland’s F&P regime seeks to ensure employees are a) competent and capable and b) ethical when dealing with our customers and/or while holding senior positions of influence in the business. The F&P regime interacts with multiple HR policies and this is a great opportunity to work with colleagues across the bank, get a much deeper understanding of how AIB operates and gain valuable exposure to senior leaders.

 

 

We’re looking for someone who:

 

You enjoy the legal aspects of HR and how legislation translates into real world processes. Engaging with senior management and being confident giving specialist advice sounds like a wonderful challenge. You have a desire to work with HR data & Excel – the future of HR. The broader financial services, how it operates and how HR can make a difference for the Banks customers resonates with your personal career aspirations.

  • A third level qualification in HR or relevant discipline
  • Willingness to become a subject matter expert.
  • Bias for simplicity and willingness to challenge existing process.
  • Attention to detail i.e. when reviewing regulatory documentation.
  • An interest in Excel and data is essential and prior experience would be an advantage.
