HR Associate

Position Summary: 

Sitecore is experiencing spectacular growth all over the world. To build on Sitecore’s success and growth, we’re looking for a HR Associate to work as part of our EMEA People Team.

The position is a full HR operational support covering 3-5 EMEA countries incl. Ireland. The person will support our employees and managers with a range of HR Operational activities. The role reports to Snr. Manager, HR Operations EMEA and a team of 4 working out of different countries. They will be required to liaise with other HR colleagues across the EMEA region and with corporate HR in US.

 Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of contracts, background checks and work permits
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to promotions, transfers, LOA and terminations
  • Conduct employee orientations
  • Handling benefit and conduct benefit orientations
  • Responding to HR-related queries
  • Subject matter expert for own countries
  • Liaise with payroll
  • HR projects on ad hoc basis

  • 2+ years of solid HR experience preferably at HR Operations level
  • Solid HR Administration experience
  • Knowledge of MS outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using HR Systems (Workday would be a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, energetic and professional manner
