Head of HR Policies

We’re looking for someone who can:
•    Own and manage the end to end policy lifecycle.
•    Develop and manage the annual policy calendar ensuring appropriate planning and stakeholder engagement.
•    Communicate updates clearly and provide papers to our Board and executive governance committees.
•    Develop comprehensive reports and provide senior leaders with thought leadership on policy related insights.
•    Develop and lead the planning of the Policy learning and communication agenda.
•    Lead the HR Policy team, supporting them to deliver on the policy strategy and other policy relevant activities.
•    Keep up to date with external and industry insights and best practice to ensure our policies are relevant, compliant, fair and best in class.

Does this sound like something that you want to be part of?

A degree qualification in Employment Law/Industrial Relations/Compliance and 3-5 years’ experience of implementing/embedding policies in this field.
2.    Experience as a people leader with responsibility for leading and motivating highly effective teams.
3.    Excellent interpersonal skills and proven stakeholder management competence.
4.    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5.    Attributes and capabilities of a highly-motivated self-starter.
