The Engineering Manager is expected to agree achievable commitments and priorities for technology requirements with the different stake holders while supporting engineers in defining technical requirements. Ensuring they have a clear understanding of the technical ask and timeline. Providing input into evolving Agile Strategy, Architecture, Continuous Integration, Automation. Additionally they are expected to providing people leadership. Scheduling regular one-to-one conversations with team members, achievable goals and reviewing progress.

To get an interview you will have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.
