Vhi Health & Wellbeing have exciting opportunities for Bank Administrators at Vhi 360 Health Centre, Raheen, Limerick.
 
The Role  
 
To provide excellent administrative support to the dedicated Vhi SwiftCare Clinic. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, this person will provide best in class customer service to patients attending at the Clinic while also being a supportive colleague to other staff members. 
 
The administrator will be expected to provide an excellent level of customer service to patients attending the Clinic. They will manage all communications in a respectful and courteous manner e.g. face-to-face, phones, emails, etc., enter accurate information and maintain computerised patient files and to organise and book patients appointments & advise of costs in relation to the range of Vhi Healthcare policies. They will deal with all patient queries and/or distribute to other team members where appropriate and be responsible for the smooth running of the Reception area. They will be a general support to the Clinic Manager to ensure the smooth running of the administrative element of the clinic. They will also carry out any other related duties as outlined by the Clinic Manager. 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative role.
  • Flexibility to work across a rolling roster, 365 days a year
  • Experience in a customer facing role or the ability to demonstrate capability in a customer facing environment is essential.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential.

  • Good IT skills – MS Word, Excel and Outlook in particular

  • Willingness to learn and develop with a can-do attitude
  • Work off own initiative
  • Flexibility with a strong work ethic
