The Opportunity


Deloitte Digital have an excellent opportunity for an administrator with strong interpersonal and reporting skills who enjoys supporting others in a busy environment. This role sits in our Customer and Marketing(C&M) portfolio within Consulting. The role will primarily support the administration behind running our Digital Client Engagements supporting the finances and resource planning for the portfolio. The role will report into the Deloitte Digital Chief of Staff and work closely with engagement managers and directors across the Customer & Marketing portfolio.
The role will have a link in to the wider Consulting operational team and will provide an excellent foundation to develop the role and broaden skills base. The role will have significant stakeholder engagement working with senior leaders across Digital.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with engagement managers to progress initial setup and ongoing engagement management process activities and tasks.
  • Support the C&M portfolio and become an SME on key systems & tools (mainly financial related tools, engagement management tools)
  • Be the C&M Resource Admin for the resource management system – regularly follow-up and ensure accuracy for a 3-month time horizon
  • Recruitment - support the reporting of the recruitment pipeline, and providing support on open roles and scheduling of interviews
  • Support partners/chief of staff/ directors/engagement managers with regular and ad-hoc operational reporting
  • Assist with inputs to client proposals, including pulling together and standardizing resource Bios into packs for client proposals
  • Follow-up missing time-sheets across C&M
  • Assist with minuting actions, preparing presentations and facilitating key sessions / workshops
  • Ad hoc research, reporting and document preparation in relation to pertinent business matters as directed
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong core analytical skills, financial analysis, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (convert concepts/ideas into visually stunning slides/insightful Excel reports)
  • Excellent communication skills – written & verbal
  • Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to plan, organize & prioritize workload to meet deadlines across a wide range of tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurized environment

  • College qualification with a lean to business/finance preferred
