About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Investor Relations  team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

  • You will be performing the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds.
  • You will be maintaining shareholders registers and acting as transfer agent.
  • You will be processing and confirming subscriptions, redemptions, switches and transfers.
  • You will be reviewing Anti-Money Laundering documentation for investors to ensure compliance to local legislation and to Citco Fund Services (Ireland) Ltd policies and procedures.
  • You will be performing all of the investor related services of the Company’s investment fund clients.
  • You will be communicating, maintaining relationships with and meeting the expectations of investors, investment managers, auditors and other fund participants.
  • You will be communicating and liaising with internal Fund Accounting, Treasury, AML, Legal and Compliance teams on a regular basis.
  • You have a degree qualified in a business or Finance related disciple.
  • You are a ‘team player’ who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service.
  • You are creative, innovative, and attentive to details.
  • You have excellent communication and writing skills.
