Accounts Receivable Administrator

We are currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Administrator. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure income received is reconciled and controlled 

• Provide back-up to AR team leader as required.

• Maintain strong relationship with Customer Services, Credit Management, Group Business Services and other stakeholders, ensuring that all customer queries are responded to within agreed time frames.

• Daily and monthly receivables are controlled and monitored for aging 

• Ensure any EFT SEPA files are controlled, uploaded to and from online banking system in required timeframe

• Ensure Compliance with Corporate and other compliance requirements especially CPC. Manage, respond to and close-out AR CPC errors logged.

• Other Banking; Ensure lodgement of Third party payments, correct lodgements and transfers from/to other accounts 

• Support ad-hoc AR or finance projects as required

• Demonstrate Vhi Values and support behaviours in all aspects of your work

Skills Required: 

• A third level business qualification 

• Minimum 2 years of directly related professional experience.

• Knowledge of general accounting principals

• Demonstrate solid problem solving and analytical skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proven numerical and analytical skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly to a role and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.

• Excellent people skills with strong customer service  

• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent team player with a willingness to be flexible to support colleagues.
