About The Team
Udemy’s User Experience and Market Research team is an influential group guiding our global learning solutions, from concept through delivery of the product, making sure that our experiences are intuitive, accessible and delightful. Reporting into the VP of Product Design & Research, we work side-by-side with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Designers, and business stakeholders to collaboratively build world-class product experiences for our diverse, international community. You’ll be an instrumental part of the UX and Product teams, influencing our product roadmap, research and design process, and everything in between. We’re a close-knit bunch who enjoy problem-solving and collaboration, and we share a commitment to delivering the best possible learning and teaching experiences. About this role
As a UX Researcher focused on our Udemy Business users you will be embedded in our Enterprise product team. You will help your team understand the needs and motivations of our Udemy Business customers and provide actionable research insights that contribute to best in class user experiences. Your insights will also be used to shape the UB strategy, roadmap and more. Being a senior researcher you will also play a vital leadership role in the research team based in Europe, aiding hiring efforts and participating in the interview process as we add to our UX research team.
