About the Opportunity
Avaya is an industry leader in multimedia Contact Center software across the small, medium and large enterprise sectors, deployed in On-Premise, Cloud and Hybrid environments. Avaya’s Contact Center development team is looking for a motivated and experienced team leader or scrum master to join our global team and support the delivery of Contact Center features, releases and solutions. You’ll play a critical role on the product leadership team supporting the software development teams and processes across the Avaya suite of applications. As a leader you will establish and maintain strong relationships with business, product, and technology leaders to deliver strategic platform and application capabilities.
As scrum master you will partner with business and technology teams to drive continuous improvement in cross-functional development processes and will lead the team of software developers with accountability for strategy, standards, and delivery execution.
