Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a vacancy – from requirements gathering, to job posting/sourcing, interviewing and closing.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Work with both passive and active candidates, be able to “sell” the vacancy to the candidate.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the process.
  • Develop, foster, and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Be a proactive team member and suggest any improvement to the recruitment processes which you think are necessary.
  • Working closely with, and reporting in to senior Amach management on recruitment trends in industry

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working in tech industry, closing vacancies of different levels and complexity
  • A good understanding of the roles and the industry you will be hiring which in this case would be IT Roles - Software Roles, Developer Roles etc
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of technical aspects of vacancies (tools and technologies, tech stacks), ability to clearly understand position’s requirements.
  • Ability to create appealing job descriptions and attract talent.
  • An expert level of knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, negotiation and relationship management.
  • Previous experience in hiring candidates outside of Ireland would be a plus.
