Your New Role:
The Software Implementation Consultant will join this young business at a time of significant growth, having just appointed a CTO and Head of Customer Success & Delivery! The Software Implementation Consultant will play a key role in the successful implementation of their unique no-code solutions. You will be involved in the full implementation lifecycle (onboarding through to implementation, training + support). You will work closely with the Customer Success Team to understand your customers' requirements and implement solutions to accelerate their digital transformation. You will play a 'hands-on' customer facing role, leading integrations (APIs), migrations (Cloud) and upgrades.

The Software Implementation Consultant will suit a technically-savvy, people-oriented IT professional with approx. 2+ years professional experience. You will have experience implementing software for external customers. You will ideally have practical experience working with O365, Sharepoint and have skills in Javascript and SQL. Familiarity with Agile Implementation techniques would be great. Suitable candidates for this role could come from different backgrounds; Business Analyst / Technical Analyst / Technical Consultant etc.
