Our SMB business is a part of the EMEA Pre-sales, supporting customers of up to 100 employees, represents over 40% of EMEA’s total sales and with our increasingly complex product line, we are now hiring a Solutions Consultant to provide dedicated support to this critical sales team.
Whether you have Zendesk experience as a user or administrator, or if you have a presales background in Customer Experience, Contact Centre, CRM, BI/Analytics, Chat, or other enterprise software solutions we'd love to hear from you.
Job Overview:
As one of our Solutions Consultants, you’ll support our SMB sales team by providing technical and functional support on their key opportunities, as well as ensuring they have access to the tools and techniques necessary to be self-sufficient in smaller deals.
Your mission is to ensure product selection. You must be both sales focused and technically savvy. You’ll be the technical bridge between our Sales team and their prospects. This will involve you supporting the technical relationship with our prospects to drive customer satisfaction by managing and delivering technical information, primarily via remote calls and video conferences.
You will also help develop, manage and deliver tools, collateral, and an engaging approach to ensure that the sales team maintains their technical knowledge, allowing us to provide an effective and scalable support model to the SMB sales organisation.
