Zendesk is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing EMEA recruitment team on a permanent basis. You will partner with Engineering, Product, and Design and continue to build out high achieving remote & in-office teams in Dublin, Krakow, Montpellier, Copenhagen and across Europe.

What you’ll be doing:
- Building out talent pools of the highest calibre product & engineering candidates across Europe
- Sourcing, screening and managing candidates through our hiring process
- Using data and insights to drive conversations with hiring teams to find top talent
- Championing GDEI in everything you do, and encouraging others to build inclusive teams and environments
- Championing a candidate experience that emphasises transparency, empathy, and fairness
- Utilising our ATS, social media, and other creative tools to source candidates
- Building rapport with your partners, whether they be candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, or teammates
- Proven experience working as a Recruiter in Software Development, Product Management, Design, Security, or other highly technical areas
- A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with the ability to work creatively and calmly under pressure
- Strong partner management skills
- An ability to use data to inform and influence
- Excellent storytelling skills
- A good understanding of technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
