The Department

Ryanair Labs is a state of-the-art digital & IT innovation hub creating Europe’s Leading Travel Experience for customers. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced customer focused ecommerce environment. Our Dublin IT Labs team consists of +120 talented techy individuals. We also have IT Hubs in Wrocław with 200 staff, Madrid which currently has a headcount of 100 but with ambitious plans to grow to 200 and our newest location Portugal.

The Role

Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme is now open for an ambitious graduate to join our IT Project Planning & Delivery department for 12 months.
 

To meet the challenges and demands that will come with this growth, Ryanair Labs is recruiting a number of Computing, IT and Digital Graduates to work in its state of the art headquarters in Swords, Co. Dublin.

The IT Project Planning and Delivery team is made up of IT Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters who are focused on delivering key projects and products to both the online Ryanair platform and internal departments.

Successful applicants will participate in Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be encouraged and given the opportunity to discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance Ryanair’s online customer experience. Please note, only those graduating from 2020, 2021 and 2022 will be accepted. This position requires eligibility to work in Ireland on a permanent basis.

Interview Process – Candidates who have passed the initial screening process will take part in a remote interview or face-to-face interview (covid permitting), where you will be introduced to management and take part in a 1st round interview. At this stage we are looking for you to clearly demonstrate the skills that we are looking for and convince us why Ryanair is the right career choice for you.

  • Graduates with a minimum of 2:1 (Honours Degree or higher qualification) in 2020, 2021 or 2022 from Business and technology courses in:
    • Computing
    • Development
    • Information Technology
    • Engineers
    • Data Analytics
  • A strong interest in and awareness of technology and innovation.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a demanding but rewarding environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
