We are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Quality Assurance Graduate Programme starting in September 2022.

The Role

To meet the challenges and demands that will come with this growth, Ryanair Labs is recruiting a number of Computing, IT and Digital Graduates to work in its Quality Assurance Testing team based at our state of the art headquarters in Swords, Co. Dublin.

Successful applicants will participate in Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme on a 12 month fixed term contract. Interview Process – Candidates who have passed the initial screening process will take part in a remote interview or face-to-face interview (covid permitting), where you will be introduced to management and take part in a 1st round interview. At this stage we are looking for you to clearly demonstrate the skills that we are looking for and convince us why Ryanair is the right career choice for you.

  • Graduates with a minimum of 2:1 (Honours Degree or higher qualification) in 2020, 2021 or 2022 from technology courses in:
    • Computer Science
    • Computer Applications
    • Information Technology
    • Electronic Engineering
    • Science - with an emphasis on Physics
  • A strong interest in and awareness of technology and innovation.
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a demanding but rewarding environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
