About the Role

What you will do
- Partner with UX Researchers to help source participants for research studies
- Coordinate study logistics, including participant scheduling, and incentive payments.
- Continually work on and look for ways to improve the research processes
- Become familiar with external vendor recruiting agencies and research tools
- Build effective relationships with participants, researchers and customers
- Participate in additional participant sourcing projects such as marketing, event planning, research / planning and social media campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one - two years of professional or intern experience as an assistant / coordinator, or experience in an event planning, coordination or customer facing environment; prior experience assisting a Human Resources and/or Professional Recruiting team preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
- Excellent oral, and written, communication skills
- Self-motivated, and able to creatively solve and present good solutions to problems
- Empathetic, curious, and open-minded
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Google suite
