UX Designer
€65-€75k DOE
We currently have several openings with a Dublin based clients design team to join as a Senior/UX Designer. This company are going through a significant period of growth, due to massive input of funding. This is allowing them to not only expand their teams but also providing an opportunity for product and project growth.
As a senior UX Designer you will be responsible for working independently with the product owners, developers on defining and ideating on new features for the current software platform.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure UX methodologies and best design practice.
- Work among a range of teams to ensure goals are met.
- Create UX Deliverables, Wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
- Running workshops to implement design thinking
- Weekly feedback and presentations to management/stakeholders.
- 4-6 years relevant UX Experience
- Ability to self-start, not require management to delegate work load.
- Strong collaboration across diverse groups
- Extensive experience working in agile scrum teams
- Experience leading teams while maintaining hands on approach is beneficial.
