You will be working in a tight knit, agile team of artists with a focus on feature UI design, content creation, and motion animation. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with UI, UX and Art leadership.
The studio boasts a talented Creative division with years of games industry experience You will be working on Star Trek Fleet Command. This is an iconic, AAA IP with a massive audience. Our plan is to push all our titles to the absolute forefront of UI Design. We make games that blur the boundaries between strategy and MMO gaming across a range of platforms. Be ready to create engaging experiences that push the boundaries of UI design and motion graphics.
What you will do:
- Deliver intuitive and rewarding user interfaces to millions of players, for all new game features
- Design fully responsive user interfaces, that work seamlessly across multiple mobile devices and PC
- Creating wow moments with rich UI animations and motion graphic skills
- Concept, create and validate UI designs (from user flows through to release)
- Work closely with our Game Designers and UX Designers to create the best possible user experience
- Create clean and easy to implement UI assets, which can seamlessly move straight over to the development team and into production
- Adhere to the UI style guides
- Strive to raise the quality bar with each new project.
What you will need:
- Solid UI experience in the Games Industry, ideally on mobile titles
- Upwards of 3+ years commercial UI experience
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is favored. We want UI that is built to move. Be ready to break down and implement animations.
- Fluent in using Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Good knowledge of mobile UI and designing across multiple devices.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) is favored.
What would impress us:
- Experience in Unity.
- Experience with prototyping tools (Proto.io, Invision, Figma etc.)
- Experience in relevant 3D program (Max, Maya, Cinema 4D)
