Your Role and Responsibilities

 

This role is responsible for TSS renewal management in allocated markets and includes the following activities:

  1. Support DS and market teams in understanding their renewal business by providing analysis on renewal potential and execution across all routes to market.
  2. Track the progression of the renewal execution, while highlighting key issues to the market and GEO stakeholders.
  3. Interlock with Sales teams and Business Partners to get updates on the renewal progression and closed Lost reasons.
  4. Ensure all actionable potential is reflected in Atlas/ISC.
  5. Share the auto renewal pricing information with the business partners.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
IT skills & business acumen:

  • Insight into TSS business is an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel

Language skills required:

  • Fluent English is the minimum mandatory requirement

Effective Communication / Negotiation skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • High interpersonal skills & ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Demonstrates good analytical and reporting skills
