My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Technical Delivery Transformation Manager to join the team on a perm basis. This role will be remote working initially and will go to a hybrid model then. The Technical Delivery & Transformation manager will be responsible for planning, execution and delivery of IT projects, along with the overall IT change portfolio management.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, execution & delivery of IT projects, along with overall IT change portfolio management
• Leadership of quality assurance methodologies and standard  which will include the QA team management for all systems and integration testing.
• You will ensure robust framework for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is in place and implemented across all IT
• Governance and Control Works with IT colleagues to ensure robust industry standards software development is in place and adhered to, specifically
• Work with Information Security Manager to ensure these activities are in line with company security standards
• You will work with the Change team to plan IT projects and the IT portfolio roadmap, including IT roadmap & resource planning.
• You will support business case assessment including driving solution design with the SME.
• Leadership of system analysis methodologies and standards including team management.

Experience Required

• At least 10 years’ experience in leading Software development teams and/or IT Project Management

Essential and Desirable Skills

• Demonstrated experience analysing business requirements, design technical solutions, and writing technical specifications
• Demonstrated in delivering large projects with data migration desirable
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise level system analysis and/or integration testing

Educational Requirements

• Relevant third level degree qualification in computer science, IT or software
• Qualification in relevant frameworks desirable (ITIL/SDLC/PMBOK/Prince 2)
