Trainee Team Leader

We are looking to recruit two dynamic and passionate Trainee Team Leaders who will proactively help lead the Guinness Storehouse Retail team on a daily basis to deliver world-class experiences to all visitors. This traineeship will equip you with the leadership, operational experience and bespoke developmental opportunities to shape your future. 

You will support the Retail Management team in delivering inspirational and motivating leadership to our large team on a daily basis with the aim of delivering exceptional customer service and creating engaging and bespoke retail experiences for all visitors. This will involve promoting a customer first mindset in order to generate enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and to ensure all are acting as ambassadors for Guinness and our Brand Home. You will also be actively involved in the staffs training, development and offering coaching, while looking for ways of continuous improvement to ensure we are always market leading.  

This traineeship will also give you exposure to running operations within our retail space. You will be trained up in the opening and closing procedures, contributing to the performance of the different product offerings in the store and manage the profit and margins. This will give you the opportunity to become a trained expert in this field.  

This traineeship will require weekend and evening work.

You will hold a passion and desire for customer service, with previous experience working in a retail environment.
