Based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the internet and online technologies as we know it.

They require a Tools Program Manager with 5+ years’ experience leading complex international projects / programs to join them, initially on an 11 month contract.  

As a Tools Program Manager you will leverage your analytical, project management and leadership skills to optimise localisation tools, by documenting and representing new tool requirements and collaborating with technical teams on the development of new and innovative tools that support our goal of delivering outstanding localisation to our end users.

What will a Tools Program Manager do?  

· Understand Localization workflows, services and stakeholder requirements to identify and document tool needs which enable operational scaling, efficiency and optimised quality from internal team and vendor partners

· Collaborate with Localization team leadership and technical teams to prioritise localization tool requirements and subsequently drive for tool development by technical teams

· Develop strong connections with the localisation industry and remain aware of emerging technologies and how they could be incorporated into our business

· Collaborate with technical teams and vendor partners to test newly developed tools and features before their launch and drive change management efforts to support acceptance and adoption of newly developed tools and features.

· Conduct fact based / data driven analysis and research to support recommendations and proposals.

· Structure and package your work into compelling presentations and communications that influence various audiences including senior executives.

What does the Ideal Candidate look like?

· 5+ years’ experience leading complex international projects / programs

· Strong analytical skills

· Technical degree or equivalent experience

· Localisation experience strongly preferred
