Technical Sourcer

Based in Dublin, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.

They require a Technical Sourcer with 4+ years of technical sourcing experience to join them, initially on a 11-month contract.

You will be responsible for sourcing for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to our client’s technology departments.

Our client is currently conducting all interviews online and are onboarding all new workers remotely.

What will a Technical Sourcer do?

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.
• Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education and job skills.
• Prepare and maintain employment records.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
• Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations.

• More than 4 years of technical sourcing experience.
• Experience with sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean and similar, engaging and activating passive candidates.
