The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist the Talent Acquisition team with full administrative support as we expand globally. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and HR team in providing full administration, scheduling support as well as sourcing candidates at a variety of levels.

The ideal candidate will be a HR Graduate with a keen interest in a HR/Recruitment career path.

What You'll Do

• Advertising open positions, sourcing, screening candidates and setting up interviews
• Background Checking of candidates and liaising with third party screening providers
• Initial phone screening and shortlisting of candidates for hiring managers
• Conducting regular research on the industry and conducting salary benchmarking projects ensuring we are aligned with industry standards
• Assist with HR onboarding scheduling duties
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition/HR in ensuring timely offers to candidates
• Any other ad hoc HR/Recruitment administration duties as they arise

Qualifications Required

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Recruitment Discipline
