We are looking for a self-motivated person to join our IT Department as a Technical Program Manager to drive technology of Business Technology assets in our dominantly Systems fleet. The candidate will need experience in Security Management, Program Management with large Systems environments (70,000+)

Responsibilities

• Review the critical security vulnerabilities reports daily and work with the cross-functional teams on the remediation.
• Analyze security vulnerabilities data, find and report trends and patterns.
• Work on the weekly executive leadership presentation status report.
• Daily critical vulnerability reporting.
• Interface with the internal business partner teams to build a relationship and get the vulnerabilities remediation done.
• Take and distribute meeting notes, actively reply to emails, chat messages, keep team members, and relevant people and teams informed.
• Participate in the team discussions and provide your feedback and share your experience.
• Help create and update policies and procedures to help scale the vulnerability management program.
• Develop, recommend, and operationalize a remediation plan.

• Experience working in the field of computer security and risk management or enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience
• Understanding of threat modeling, scanning and patching.
• Should be a team player.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and multi-workstream skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and manage ambiguity.
• Hold self-accountability and deliver results in a face-paced environment. Be comfortable and able to quickly pivot to changing processes, guidelines, and data sets.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively remotely with people and teams in various time zones.
• Experience writing process documentation and process flows.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Strong spreadsheet skills such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP in Excel and Google.
• Experience in security vulnerability management for servers and client endpoint environments.
• Relevant experience working in the servers or client endpoint management environment.
• Should have a decent understanding of Networks, development runtimes like Java, etc.
• Experience with the Salesforce platform is a big plus.
