Plans, designs, and drives development of a product or portfolio of products throughout the solution portfolio lifecycle: from new product definition or enhancements to existing products to end of life.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with product management to develop and drive the end to end strategy and operational product roadmap for engaging with and integrating external Managed Service(s) Providers within the HPE GreenLake Central Cloud Services Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform service that will include both public and private cloud access
• Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle (e.g., planning, development, launch, management, exit).
• Partners with engineering leadership and scrum teams to translate higher level product requirements into specific development features and user stories, develop detailed and prioritized backlogs and drive to production release via an Agile Methodology.
• Interacts with and ensures development participation from multiple supporting groups such as Support, Documentation and User Experience (UX) to ensure a total customer experience.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of Agile Product Management/Product Owner experience with SaaS platform management experience, specifically IAM design and integration, preferable.
• Experience with designing and implementing customer onboarding and management functions including the usage of AWS or Azure public cloud identity management systems.
• AWS or Azure public cloud infrastructure and PaaS deployment experience.
• Experience working with or for managed services providers.

• Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.
• Knowledge and direct experience working in an Agile development environment; particularly the Product Owner role.
• Expert skills in creating detailed feature and user story descriptions.
• Expert business acumen and knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.
• Expert knowledge and experience working with multitenant and multi-level Identity and Authorization models.
• Experience working with public cloud-based Platform as a Service (PaaS) products.
• In-depth knowledge of public cloud integration using APIs and event/message bus queueing systems.
• Experience with or strong technical knowledge with public Cloud IAM functions and operations.
