More expansion for the Irish tech function here, they are a multinational headquartered in Europe hiring a hands-on Tech Lead on a permanent basis. Your time will likely be split 50:50, hands-on development (Spring Boot/AWS stack) and leadership. We are hoping you will lead the sprints, help build microservices and ensure the team are delivering on time. Ideally, you will be a Java Developer by trade, most of the work will be building backend Spring Boot applications, although they have some services in Nodejs.
This is a fast-paced agile environment that will require consistent liaison with other teams within the tech department, hands-on developing, goal-setting and regular reviews of code and team performance. Fully Remote within Ireland is an option.
