What You’ll Do

• QA Strategy and plan Product Releases for SOTI
• Define Functional, Non Functionals, BDD, Performance & Security Testing Measure for Product Release
• Debug issues and provide RCA to dev and QA team
• Work with Product Managers/ Development Managers and Scrum Masters to define the project's testing scope and manage the test execution for small to large sized projects.
• Work with closely with Development & QA team to find out Quality gaps and provide solution and approach to define high standard quality.
• Offer creative and innovative solutions to complex testing issues.
• Create QA process improvements to ensure consistency and standardization across product lines.
• Work in a collaborative, quality focused role in agile development teams to shape SOTI'S product offerings.
• Help team with Technical Trainings and enhance skills.
• Contribute in all Agile Rituals like Sprint Planning/Grooming/Estimates/Demo.
• Own and contribute configuring, maintaining and deployment of the build to cloud environment

Experience You’ll Bring

• Several years to experience with application quality assurance in a complex web-based and mobile software development environment.
• Should have minimum 2 years of experience of leading QA team.
• Should have good experience in Automation strategies.
• Should have minimum experience of 3-5 years in API, Performance and Security Testing.
• Hands on programming (Java/ C#)
• Should have excellent exposure to AWS Cloud Deployments.
• Hands on Experience with API testing & J Meter.
• Experience with databases and SQL/NoSQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows.
• Experience in a fast-paced project environment, working under Agile or Scrum paradigm and hands-on working experience with commercial & open source.
• Should have good Aptitude/Communication & team handling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to details
• University degree or college diploma in computer science or related discipline.
