Role Purpose & Context
Liberty IT is currently in a period of exciting growth and central to our ongoing success is the addition of a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will help us source great talent while being a great brand ambassador for Liberty IT.
Working within an established Talent team, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and the delivery of innovative and efficient solutions for hiring, the main purpose of this role will be the identification and recruitment of great talent for Liberty IT, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Have sole responsibility for a number of both internal and external vacancies, partnering with the relevant recruiting managers to ensure first class recruiting support.
- Can source candidates via a multi-channel approach, adhering to agreed SLAs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Manage the recruitment process and lifecycle, including sourcing, assessments, interviews and offers.
- Ensure applicant tracking system is updated and maintained in a timely manner.
- Operate as an expert in industry best practice, be curious about new trends and opportunities, consistently raise standards and service to our customers and our candidates.
- Build and maintain internal relationships within the wider Talent team and across the business.
- Take on ad-hoc recruitment projects when needed.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Relevant 3rd Level Qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years post-graduate recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to manage high volume recruitment.
- Proven experience of recruiting using methods such as Boolean searching, LinkedIn recruiter and other platforms (preferably for technology roles).
- Previous experience of applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organisational and influencing skills.
- Demonstrable experience of ensuring best practice recruitment methods.
Desired Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in a similar industry – Information Technology.
- Working knowledge of Landed ATS & PAMS.
- Previous Graduate Recruitment experience.
