Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will be responsible for the delivery of all Abtran hiring requirements across High Volume, Support, Internal and Onsite functions. You will have strong motivational skills and the ability to lead and drive performance across the team to deliver hiring goals. As a primary point of contact for our internal stakeholders, this individual will collaborate hiring activity, talent acquisition initiatives, analytics and projects. This is a High-Volume role with targets and metrics as required to contribute to the success of Abtran.

How you will spend your day:

  • Responsible for day to day management of the TA Team and oversee the full cycle recruitment process for Abtran.
  • Strategically work with the business to ensure all Hiring Volumes across the business are achieved.
  • Provides innovative, scalable solutions and implementation of recruitment plans to drive our hiring to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain recruitment SLA's and manage stakeholder expectation/satisfaction.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and manage requisitions to effectively source and deliver the talent necessary to achieve business outcomes
  • Build and maintain relationship's with external stakeholders - strategic partners, advertising and job boards.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to drive a consistent employer branding and positive candidate experience (e.g. career fairs, internships, employee referral program)
  • Coach, develop and support team members ensuring compliance with Abtran's framework.
  • Practice Abtran's values of teamwork, adopting a lead by example approach with your team.
  • Be familiar with and practice a consistent and reasonable approach to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Min eight years Recruitment Experience either agency or inhouse, with at least two of those in a managerial role
  • Excellent Relationship building skills to appeal to broad audiences - managerial, direct reports, cross functional teams, external venders
  • Have a high level of commercial and business focus to ensure the relevance of all hiring activities and solutions.
  • Self-sufficient, ability to multitask and work without daily direct supervision.
  • Possess a professional, diplomatic, and analytical approach to your own specific tasks and those of your team.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude to change.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office - Word, Excel, etc
