I have multiple systems analyst roles that have just gone live with a client of ours in Dublin city centre. The client in question is a very well-known multinational financial organisation, and offers a fantastic career progression path with a huge variety of growth possibilities for anyone joining their systems analysis team.
The key requirement for this role is someone who has had experience supporting a mission-critical environment. If that's within a financial services setting then it's obviously going to be a big plus, but that's not essential. As long as you have experience supporting mission-critical systems then you'll have a good chance of being successful.
Alongside that, you'll need to be comfortable working directly with customers. Whether providing support on the phone or via email, you'll need to be experienced in supporting customers who need a quick fix when they have any issues with their applications. You'll also need to have excellent communication skills and some experience with managing projects and prioritising your time.
